I work at the intersection of technology, systems, and decision-making — particularly in situations where the problem is not yet clear, the stakes are high, and premature execution would be costly.
My background spans product design, software development, engineering, and product leadership. Over time, this breadth has shaped how I work: I’m less interested in optimizing solutions, and more interested in understanding what actually needs to be decided before solutions make sense.
Much of my work focuses on the space before action — where assumptions can still be questioned, trade-offs examined, and alternatives explored without the pressure to ship. I’m drawn to complex, ill-defined problems, and to making them legible enough that teams can move forward with confidence.
I live in Austria with my wife and daughter. Outside of work, I stay grounded through physical activity and hands-on making — restoring motorcycles, experimenting with hardware, and building things simply to understand how they work. These constraints and materials keep my thinking honest.
